At Dogscat, we create products that help you perform better, play better and feel better. Whenever you use our items, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you a full refund.

Refunds will be applied to only one payment method – PayPal. Refunds are processed to include the amount you paid for the item(s) along with shipping fees.
If the item is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:
- You don't want the items that you ordered after you've received them
- You simply change your mind. For example: you like other style, color
- You bought an item by mistake or you ordered wrong size, color of the product(s)
- The items do not meet your expectations
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your PayPal account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or contact with your bank to check information.

Sale items are only be refunded when we send you wrong items.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At this time, we we do not offer product exchanges or returns after you receive the product(s). Incase our product(s) are defective, damaged or we send you wrong items, we will take full responsibilities by offering you a full refund or sending you other product(s) without any additional costs and you do not need to return the wrong item(s).
Notes: You are only able to change or even cancel your order within first 12 hours since you ordered item(s) on our store. After the first 12 hours, your order will be processed to print automaticly so you can't implement any changes.
